Shirley Hutchins Tallent, 91, of Dry Ridge passed away Sun., Feb. 12 at St. Eliz. Hospice in Edgewood.She was a social worker for the State of KY & Kenton County & a member of the Oak Ridge Baptist Church, Taylor Mill .She was the daughter of the late Herman Rush & Sophia Keller Hutchins.Survivors include 2 sons, Terry Tallent, Dumfries, VA, Kevin Tallent, Delhi, OH; a daughter, Carol Scroggins, Dry Ridge; 2 sis., Muriel Sievers, Covington, Margaret Hines, Kings Mill, OH, & bro., Bruce Hutchins
