Juanita was born on October 18, 1931 and passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012.
Juanita was a resident of Falmouth, Kentucky at the time of her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband Curtis.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at the Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, The visitation will be from 1-2:00 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will take place in the Pythian Grove Cemetery, Berry.
Memorials are suggested to the Southside Church of Christ, 20 Southside Church Road, Falmouth, KY 41040.
