JANET LYNN PELKEY, age 54, Cynthiana, died Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Hamilton, Ohio, February 3, 1958 to Douglas and Lida Bea Skirvin Charles of Mt. Sterling, she was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she is survived by her lifelong companion, Robert McDowell, Cynthiana; six sons; a brother, five sisters and twenty-one grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday at Ware Funeral Home by Jason Adams with visitation at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Ware Funeral Home toward funeral expenses.
