Charlene was born on April 6, 1970 and passed away on Monday, February 13, 2012.

Charlene was a resident of Dry Ridge, Kentucky at the time of her passing.

She is survived by her husband John.

Visitation will be 5-8pm, Thursday, February 16 with funeral service at 1pm, Friday, February 17 both at the Sherman Full Gospel Assembly Church, 3295 Dixie Highway, Dry Ridge, KY 41035. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
